Shipping

Orders can be placed through our online marketplace twenty-four hours a day, seven days a week.

We process and ship orders Monday-Thursday ONLY. Any fresh-frozen orders placed after 4:00 PM on Thursday will be shipped the following MONDAY, OR we can ship on FRIDAY for SATURDAY delivery, however additional shipping rates and charges will apply. Once your order has been received, you will be notified via e-mail. All orders placed online through our website by 4:00 PM EST will ship the same day. All products ship via UPS.  Note: Mixed orders that contain both dry and fresh-frozen items ship separately.  Packages do not ship on weekends or holidays. Expedited shipping options are available. In addition, orders placed on Saturday and Sunday will be shipped on the following business day, Monday. Processing and Shipping times may vary due to product availability, high-volume days and holidays. In the unlikely event of any such variation, we will notify you, via email, of the alternate shipping date.

Once your order has been processed by Tuscan Market, you will receive a separate email from UPS with tracking information.

Please be careful when entering your shipping address. Tuscan Market is not responsible for packages that are delivered to an incorrectly submitted address. Tuscan Market will send your package to the shipping address entered at checkout. Unfortunately, we cannot ship to PO Boxes.

Please also know that adverse weather, natural disasters or other events out of Tuscan Market and UPS’ control can affect/delay the delivery of your shipment. As such, we are unable to guarantee express and ground delivery times.

Please also note that the shipping rates for most items we sell are weight-based. The weight of any such item can be found on its detail page. To reflect the policies of UPS, all weights will be rounded up to the next full pound.

Due to the perishable nature of the products, we strongly recommend that someone should be present at the ship-to address in order to receive the package and to refrigerate or freeze the products immediately upon their arrival. In the event that no one is present to receive the package, UPS will leave your package at the door. Under no circumstances, however, will UPS or Tuscan Market be held accountable for spoiled or stolen food products when a package has been left at an address where no individual is present to receive the package.

Pick-Up Orders

You are more than welcome to pick up your order(s) at our manufacturing facility in Salem, NH. If you would like this option, please select “Warehouse Pickup” as the shipping option when you checkout. We will email or call you when your order is ready!

Packaging

In order to maintain the freshness and optimal temperature of our products, Tuscan Market uses custom-designed boxes that are insulated with Styrofoam. We then carefully layer dry ice packs between and amongst the box contents. These packaging materials are specifically designed for shipping perishables, so you can rest assured that your products will arrive in the best possible condition.

If there is an issue with your received order, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery using the form below. If your shipment does not arrive by 8:00 pm the day it is scheduled for delivery, please also use the form below to contact us and select the appropriate category of your concern.
