Below you will find the heating instructions for your Thanksgiving feast!:


TURKEY:

Place covered turkey in a 300F oven for 30 minutes. After 30 minutes remove covering and increase temperature to 350F. Allow it to heat up for another 10/15 minutes or until it reaches an internal temperature of 150F


STUFFING, MASHED POTATO, SWEET POTATO, BRUSSELS SPROUTS:

Cover all and place in a 300F oven for 30 minutes. After 30 minutes increase the temperature to 350F and remove the coverings from the mashed potatoes and sweet potatoes. Allow all to heat up for another 10/15 minutes or until they reach an internal temperature of 150F


GRAVY:

Pour into a sauce pot and place over medium high heat stirring frequently to prevent scorching. Bring to a boil and then hold on low heat until ready to serve. If gravy is too thick add a little bit of water/stock/broth until it is the desired consistency


CIABATTA, FOCACCIA & ARTISAN BREADS:

Place Artisan breads uncovered in the oven at 350F for 8-10 minutes warm until lightly browned.



When all is ready, toss salad greens with half of the dressing and serve the additional dressing on the side. Cranberry Marsala compote can be enjoyed as is.
