Chef will teach you how to make every harvest last longer by quickly and easily preserving vegetables at the height of their ripeness. Using a water bath method, you will learn a sustainable way to preserve all those tomatoes and green beans from your garden.
You will bring home two canned jars with recipes so you can take advantage of your summer's bounty!
A server will be available in the class for you to order off the full Tuscan menu.
