Knife Skills with Chef Crinieri

In this limited class taught by our Chef, students will learn to the proper basic knife skills, including technique and safety. Knives will be supplied, but feel free to bring your own. Students will be learning various techniques, and will be cutting foods hands-on. Students can order food during the class.
