No antipasto platter is complete without the colorful Giardiniera. Homemade giardiniera is more balanced, yet carries a flavorful vinegar bite.  Learn some knife skills as well!

Chef will also bring you through Peperoni Sott’Olio, where you will learn a traditional Italian method of fire roasting, then marinating them in a seasoned vinegar brine and packing the peppers in olive oil.  And you will also make some pickles for your next BBQ. You will bring home your work with recipes.

A server will be available in the class for you to order from the Tuscan menu.
