Learn how to make a true Neopolitan pizza using 00 flour dough, San Marzano tomatoes, and premium Italian ingredients.  Chef Jarrett Paris-Kellerman will take you through how to stretch, sauce, and top your pizza.   If you like you will learn how to use a pizza peel, twirling your pizza in the 600F degree oven. 

A server will be available for you to order a glass of wine or food from our menu.
