Valentines Day 4 course Dinner with Wine Pairing with our Talented Chef, and very own Wine Director Joe Comforti!
Menu includes:
1st Course
Wild Mushroom Arancini, arrabbiata Sauce, Parmigiano Reggiano
2nd Course
Beef Carpaccio, Arugula, Capers, Sumac, Pecorino Tartufo
3rd Course
Grilled Salmon, lobster ravioli, cherry tomatoes, scampi sauce
4th Course
Flourless Chocolate Cake, Espresso Cream Anglaise
In addition to the 4 course dinner, sample wines that pair well with each dish! Grilled chicken may be substituted for the Salmon in the third course and the event will be family style seating in the cooking school.
