Enjoy the Master of Italian wine himself, Joe Comforti, who will take you on a trip around some of Italy's most famous regions of wine.  Chef Jarret Parizo-Kellerman will teach you how to put together a charcuterie board using summer ingredients and introduce you to why Italian salumi and cheeses are some of the best in the world.  Wine tasting along with a tasting of the charcuterie board items.
